I guess the first bus starts around at 6.30am for Bhalukpong. And from Bhalukpong to Ziro its 8am. Still would suggest you to ask about the timings if the buses.

Tawang to Ziro in a single journey might not be possible even if you have your own vehicle.
First go to Bhalukpong which will take around 12-14hrs by bus
And then Bhalukpong to Ziro which will take around 10-12 hrs by bus.

From Cherrapunji, first take a bus to Shillong and from Shillong there are around 2-3 buses for Tawang.

There are lots of buses from Tawang to Shillong and vice versa. AC buses, Volvo, Non AC buses, Sleeper and so on. Just visit the Tawang bus stand and ask the enquiry counter guy. There are around 2-4 buses which ply between these two cities per day.

You need to go to Atmakur Bustand in Nellore. And from there, frequent buses are there for Mypadu village.
For Mypadu village, you will get buses from 13 & 14th platform.
It takes around an hour to reach Mypadu
